    Blizzard — Story Board

    ❄ Blizzard Story Board

A Creative Tool Born from the Storm

    Origin Story

It started with a storm. During the Blizzard of 2026, Blizzard Word Processor was born — At this time, it is a free, browser-based word processor and drawing pad that works anywhere, even offline on your own machine. No subscriptions. No barriers. Just a blank page and the tools to fill it.

    Who It's For

Blizzard was built with every learner in mind — students, teachers, and specialists working across diverse classrooms and learning needs. Whether you're crafting a story, annotating a lesson plan, or designing a customized learning activity, Blizzard meets you where you are.

    The Art Pad

Words aren't the only way to think. Blizzard's integrated Art Pad lets students respond to writing prompts directly on a canvas — drawing, sketching, and manipulating images alongside their text. Multimodal expression isn't an add-on. It's built in from the start.

    Designed for Diverse Learners

    • Less overwhelm — Structured layouts and simplified navigation reduce cognitive load so students focus on ideas, not the interface
    • More ways to respond — Canvas drawing and image tools open the door for learners who express themselves visually
    • Personalized by design — Specialists can quickly generate, adapt, and visually annotate materials for individual learning plans

    The Big Picture

Blizzard isn't just a word processor. It's a creative and critical thinking space — combining text editing with visual, interactive tools to support the full spectrum of how people learn, write, and communicate.

Free. Local. Built for Everyone. ❄

    StringCraft
StringCraft is a guitar synthesizer for individuals who learn differently. The application is designed to remove traditional physical and sensory barriers to musical expression.

    Accessible Interface Features
The application accommodates varying motor-skill levels by offering multiple ways to interact with the instrument:
    - Mouse and touch controls allow users to pick individual strings or seamlessly strum chords by dragging across the screen.
    - Keyboard shortcuts enable rapid play, using the Spacebar for quick down-strums, arrow keys for directional strumming, and number keys to automatically form chords.
    - Five built-in, looping rhythmic patterns (such as classic folk and Travis fingerpicking) allow users to experiment with complex strumming without requiring advanced manual dexterity.

    Autism Support
To support neurodivergent thinkers who may have specific auditory processing needs or sensitivities, StringCraft provides extensive control over its sound environment. Users can precisely manage sensory input by adjusting the tempo between 60 and 200 BPM, tailoring note sustain from 0.5 to 4 seconds, and utilizing a low-pass brightness filter to soften the tone into a warmer, less abrasive sound.
